The game
Five days at the ledger. Each morning eight accounts arrive with one balance off by a single digit; pick the right row and the score goes up, pick a wrong one and the errors do. The office coffee maker trades grime for productivity, and Friday ends in a promotion, an audit, or another week. Every day's end shows a password that brings you back to the next morning exactly as it would have been.
The whole game is a 40976-byte NROM cartridge image in 6502 assembly: 32 KB of program, 8 KB of tiles, no mapper, no save RAM, and a soundtrack from its own sound engine. Here the game switches on, with its sound, at the first key press, click, or tap, and on a touch screen a pad with all eight NES buttons sits beside or under the screen. Any NES emulator that accepts an iNES file will play it.
